You are not allowed to copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks. The app and its intellectual property rights belong to Even Edge.

3. Service Changes and Fees

Even Edge reserves the right to modify the app or charge for its services at any time. Any fees will be communicated clearly.

4. Data Handling

The app processes personal data provided by you for service provision. Ensure your device's security, especially if you alter its default settings.

9. App Updates

Updates may be required for continued use. Even Edge may also discontinue the app at any time.

10. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

- Subscription Details: The app offers auto-renewing subscriptions, providing access to premium features. Details about the subscription terms, costs, and benefits are available within the app and on our website.

- Management and Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

- Payment: Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.

- Renewal: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the subscription price option you previously selected.

- Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these terms and advise you to review them periodically. Changes will be posted on this page.

By downloading or using the Even Edge app, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. Attempting to extract the source code of the app, translating the app into other languages, or creating derivative versions is also prohibited. The app itself, along with all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Even Edge.

Even Edge is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you're paying for.

The app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us in order to provide our services. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as this process may make your phone vulnerable to malware, viruses, and malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and could result in the app not working properly or at all.

Please be aware that Even Edge will not take responsibility for certain things. Some functions of the app may require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. Even Edge cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance.

If you use the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, your mobile network provider's terms of agreement will still apply. You may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data during the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you're using the app, please ensure you have received permission from the bill payer.

Even Edge cannot take responsibility for the way you use the app. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you cannot turn it on to access the service, Even Edge cannot accept responsibility.

Regarding Even Edge's responsibility for your use of the app, please note that while we endeavor to ensure that the app is updated and correct at all times, we rely on third parties to provide information so that we can make it available to you. Even Edge accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying solely on the functionality of the app.

At some point, we may want to update the app. The app is currently available on Android and iOS, and the requirements for both systems (and any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change. You will need to download the updates if you want to continue using the app. Even Edge does not promise to always update the app to be relevant to your specific Android or iOS version. However, you promise to accept updates to the application when offered. We may also decide to stop providing the app and may terminate its use at any time without notice. Unless we inform you otherwise, upon termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end, and (b) you must stop using the app and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
